This interactive training module, developed in Articulate Storyline for The Finley Project, educates volunteers and staff on providing compassionate support to grieving mothers. Animated storytelling in Vyond and interactive exercises in Storyline enhance comprehension, while structured guidance ensures participants understand the organization's processes and best practices. This project showcases expertise in instructional design, eLearning development, and emotional intelligence in training, helping to prepare volunteers for meaningful and effective support roles.
